摘  要:人力资源服务业是落实创新驱动发展战略、人才强国战略、就业优先发展战略的关键产业。近些年,我国人力资源服务业发展较快、规模不断扩大,相关政策和管理体系日渐完备,但与国际先进水平相比还有较大差距。随着全球人力资源服务平台化发展日益深入以及新模式、新业态的不断涌现,我国人力资源服务业转型升级成为必然。具体看,应从专业人才队伍培养、产业园区规划和管理、新业务和新技术开发以及国际化发展等方面采取对策,以期为经济社会发展提供优质高效的人力资源支撑。Human resource service industry is one of the key industries of implementing innovation-driven development strategy,talent strengthening strategy and employment priority development strategy. In recent years,the human resources service industry in China has developed rapidly,the scale is expanding,and the relevant policies and management systems are becoming more and more complete,but there is still a large gap relative to the international advanced level. With the deepening of the global human resources service platform development and the emergence of new models and new formats,the transformation and upgrading of China's human resources service industry has become inevitable. Specifically,we should take countermeasures from the training of professional talents,the planning and management of industrial parks,the development of new businesses and new technologies,and the development of internationalization,in order to provide high-quality and efficient human resources support for economic and social development.
