摘　　要：经过改革开放40年经济快速发展,当前我国所处的国内国际经济环境表明我国已进入新的高质量发展阶段。在第十二届中国经济增长与周期高峰论坛上,国内外专家学者以"迈向高质量发展与国家治理现代化"这一主题,围绕经济改革、高质量发展和一些重要经济问题,针对如何推动经济发展质量变革、效率变革、动力变革,提高全要素生产率等问题展开深入研讨。Chinese economy has achieved fast development since 40 years of reform and opening up. The current internal and external economic environment indicates that the Chinese economy has entered a new stage of high quality development. At 12 th forum of China Economic Growth and Business Cycle,focusing on the thesis of ＂approaching high-quality development and modernization of China ＇s governance ＂,experts and scholars at home and abroad conducted in-depth discussions on how to promote economic development quality change,efficiency change,power change,and improvement of total factor productivity.
