摘  要:使用铜圆柱圆锥形黑体辐射源空腔,F500型高精密温度测温仪和TRTⅡ辐射温度计,搭建冰点槽黑体辐射源及性能测试系统,完成冰点黑体辐射源空腔温度的均匀性和稳定性实验。实验验证了冰点条件下黑体辐射源空腔用于红外辐射温度计校准,利用冰点开展量值传递的可行性。实验测得冰点槽黑体辐射源空腔温场环境稳定性在0.001℃/30 min,均匀性不超过0.001℃,黑体辐射源空腔腔底稳定性为0.03℃/20min,均匀性优于0.024℃,验证了在给定的气压条件下,可利用基于冰点作为冰点槽黑体辐射源固定点,其性能良好,可用于红外辐射温度计在冰点的稳定性测试和校准。In this paper,using a copper cylindrical conical blackbody radiation source cavity, a F500 high- precision thermometer and a TRTⅡ radiation thermometer, an icepoint thermostat blackbody radiation source and its performance test system are built, and experimental study on the uniformity and stability of the blackbody radiation source cavity temperature are completed. The experiment verifies the feasibili- ty of applying the blackbody radiation source cavity under the icepoint thermostat to the infrared radia- tion thermometer calibration and using the icepoint to conduct the value transfer. The experimental re- sults show that the stability of icepoint blackbody radiation source cavity temperature field environment is 0. 001 ℃ within 30 rain,and the uniformity is less than 0. 001 ℃. The stability of blackbody radiation source cavity bottom is 0. 03 ℃ within 20 rain,and the uniformity is not more than 0. 024 ℃. It is veri- fied that the icepoint can be used as a fixed point of the blackbody radiation source in an icepoint thermo- stat, which has a good performance, and can be used for the stability testing and calibration of the infra- red radiation thermometer at the icepoint.
