摘 要:运用组织学习理论,从知识管理视角,探讨联盟经验及其深度、广度维度与联盟组合管理能力的因果关系及学习惯例的调节效应,构建联盟组合管理能力形成机理模型。以239家战略性新兴产业企业为样本的层次回归分析结果表明:联盟经验及其深度、广度维度皆与联盟组合管理能力显著正相关;学习惯例可强化三者与联盟组合管理能力的正向关系;学习惯例对联盟经验广度与联盟组合管理能力关系的调节效应最强,对联盟经验深度与联盟组合管理能力关系的调节效应最弱。Using organizationa ence, alliance-experience depth, al moderation of learning routines are nism mod gresslon empmca a 1 learning theory, the causal erience breadth and n the view of knowl relationships amo alliance-portfolio ng alliance experi- capability, and the el of cultivating alliance-portfolio capability nalysis based on the samples collected from evidences show that alliance experience, is constructed. Concluding from hierarchy re 239 firms of strate alliance-experience gic emerging industries, the depth, alliance-experience breadth are remarkably and positively related to alliance-portfolio capability; the positive relations be- tween the three independent variables and alliance-portfolio capability are obviously enhanced due to moderation of learning routines; and the strongest moderating effect of learning routines is found on the relationship between alliance-experience breadth and alliance-portfolio capability, while the wea- kest moderating effect is found on the relationship between alliance-experience depth and alliance port- folio capability.
