摘  要:冷凝泵是新研发的水泵,其扬程高达346 m,正常工作压力4 MPa,试验压力为工作压力的1.5倍达6 MPa,保压15 min不得有任何渗漏和冒汗现象,因此冷凝泵的承压铸件泵座、中壳采用QT500-7材质。冷凝泵泵座和中壳铸件结构比较复杂,铸件重量分别为750 kg和260 kg。通过化学成分、炉料准备、铁液熔炼、球化处理、孕育处理、炉前检验、模具及浇冒口设计等方面严格控制,生产出了合格冷凝泵铸件。The condensate extraction pump was newly developed pump, the normal working pressure was 4 MPa, and the test pressure was 1.5 times of the working pressure, up to 6 MPa and 15 min, leakage or precipitation welding was forbidden. Therefore, the QT500-7 material was adopted for the condensation pump discharge head and middle shell. The structure of condensation pump discharge head and middle shell castings is complex, the castings weighing are 750 kg and 260 kg, respectively. Qualified condensation pump castings have been produced through strict control of chemical composition, raw materials preparation, molten iron, spheroidizing, inoculation, pre-fumace inspection, mould and running system design.
