摘  要:通过SEM、TEM、硬度测试仪等手段研究了固溶处理对电子束熔炼Inconel600镍基合金显微硬度的影响,并探讨了硬度变化机制。结果表明,低温固溶有利于二次相的析出,高温固溶对二次相体积分数影响甚微,且相尺寸未达到临界尺寸;1 200℃和1 250℃固溶+时效处理对Inconel600镍基合金的硬度影响不大,但电子束熔炼制备的材料较传统工艺材料的显微硬度显著提高。The effect of solution treatment on microhardness of electron beam melting Inconel600 nickel-base alloy was studied by means of SEM, TEM and hardness tester, and the hardness changing mechanism was also investigated. The results show that the low temperature solution is avail to the precipitation of secondary phases, and the high temperature solution has little effect on volume fraction of secondary phases. The size of secondary phases is less than the critical size. There is a little influence on the hardness of nickel base Inconel600 alloy with 1 200 ℃ and 1 250 ℃ solution and aging treatment. However, the microhardness of the materials prepared by electron beam smelting is much higher than that of the traditional materials.
