心理咨询技术在高校职业指导实践中的应用

摘　　要：高校职业指导课对于学生理性规划自身未来的发展、在学习中提高自己的就业能力、职业生涯管理、适应工作岗位、转换社会角色有着至关重要的作用。但是,现阶段,我国高校职业指导课教学水平参差不齐、教学效果欠佳,无法满足学生成长需求。事实证明,在职业指导课中运用心理咨询技术,有利于提高教学的趣味性、活跃课堂气氛,从而激发学生学习热情与动力,提高教学有效性。本文重点探讨心理咨询技术在高校职业指导实践中的具体应用。College career guidance courses are crucial for students to rationally plan their future development, improve their employability, career management, adapt to work positions, and transform social roles. However, at this stage, the teaching level of vocational guidance courses in China＇s colleges and universities is uneven, and the teaching effect is not good enough to meet the growth needs of students. Facts have proved that the use of psychological counseling techniques in vocational guid- ance classes is conducive to improving the fun of teaching and active classroom atmosphere, thus stimulating students＇ enthusi- asm and motivation, and improving teaching effectiveness. This paper focuses on the specific application of psychological counseling techniques in the career guidance practice in colleges and universities.
