摘　　要：本文通过分析医药物流市场对人才需求的实际情况,探究本校物流管理专业人才培养目标,构建具有中医药特色的物流管理专业课程培养体系,建设高水平师资队伍,以培养物流管理专业的复合型应用人才。为高等中医药院校物流管理专业人才培养模式提供借鉴。In this article, the author analyzes the actual talent requirement of pharmaceutical logistics marketing, exploring the objective of personnel cultivation of logistics management major, to structure the suitable course system of logistics major with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic and building a high level teaching team in order to cultivate the compound practical talents of logistics major. The talent cultivation mode could provide enlightenment experience for logistics management major of other TCM university.
