摘　　要：研究了不同粘合剂对燃气发生剂燃烧性能的影响。结果表明,聚丁二烯类燃气发生剂由低压段向高压段转变时,压强指数增幅较大;聚醚类燃气发生剂低压段向高压段转变时,压强指数增幅不大。造成该现象的原因是聚丁二烯类燃气发生剂燃烧时,粘合剂形成的熔化液流动性差,产生的气体可直接进入气相参与反应,导致反馈到燃面的热量升高,压强指数增幅变大;聚醚类粘合剂在燃烧时会产生流动性较好的熔化液覆盖其表面,阻碍了燃烧产生的气体进入气相参与反应,由低压转向高压时,压强指数变化不大。The effects of different binders on combustion properties of the gas generating propellant have been investigated.The results show that from the low pressure to high pressure,the amplification of the pressure index of gas generating propellants based on polybutadiene is higher than that of gas generating propellants using polyether as a binder.The molten liquid formed by burning of polybutadiene-based adhesive has poor mobility,and the gas produced by its decomposition can directly enter the gas phase to participate in the reactions.These effects can enhance the heat releases on the burning surface and the amplification of pressure index.The molten liquid formed by burning of polyethylene-based adhesive has good mobility,which hinders the gas produced by burning that take part in the reaction.This makes a little change of pressure index when the pressure was elevated.
