摘 要:橡胶树叶片及幼嫩茎皮组织中的初生乳管可合成和贮存天然橡胶,通过溶剂萃取法可以提取这些天然橡胶成分。为研究橡胶树幼嫩枝叶与产胶量相关的因子,以‘热研7-20-59’为研究材料,对枝叶不同器官的生物量比例以及不同器官组织的橡胶含量进行比较分析,同时利用凝胶渗透色谱法测定不同叶蓬叶片橡胶的分子量表征。结果表明:叶片的生物量比例高于枝干,树皮的橡胶含量高于叶片;枝条不同蓬龄叶片的天然橡胶相对分子量相似。The primary laticifers in the leaves and young bark tissue of rubber trees(Hevea brasiliensis)synthesize and store latex. The natural rubber in these tissues could be extracted by chemical solvent. In order to study the factors related to rubber yield of young branches and leaves of rubber trees, the biomass composition and the rubber contents of different organs were analyzed with rubber clone Reyan 7-20-59 as material. The molecular weight of the leaves in different whorls of rubber tree were characterized by using the gel permeation chromatography. The results showed that the leaves had a higher ratio of biomass than the branches and stems, had lower rubber content than the bark, and were similar in relative molecular weight in different whorls.
