早熟高糖甘蔗品种‘粤农83-88’的筛选及其推广应用价值

摘　　要：选育出适于在高海拔、热资源不足的地区生长,且早熟高糖的甘蔗新品种对蔗糖产业的持续发展意义重大。‘粤农83-88’是广东省农业科学院筛选出来的早熟高糖优良甘蔗品种,但其在云南省高海拔地区的种植情况还不清楚,因此,在2001~2003年间,在云南省耿马县对其进行了多点不同植期的品比试验。试验结果表明:‘粤农83-88’平均蔗茎产量79.6 t/hm2,含糖量13.13 t/hm2,平均蔗糖分16.49%,分别比对照增产蔗4.15%、增产糖15.15%,秋植蔗全期平均蔗糖分为16.52%,极显著高于对照;‘粤农83-88’是一个早熟、高糖峰期长、蔗汁重力纯度高且维持时间长、砍后蔗糖转化速度慢、还原糖含量较低、增糖效果明显、纤维含量适中、丰产的品种,非常适于在热资源不足、生长周期短的蔗区推广种植,便于糖厂提早到11月下旬开榨。Breeding of new early sugarcane varieties with high sugar content in the areas with high altitude and insufficient thermal resources is of great significance to the sustainable development of sugar industry. Sugarcane variety ‘Yuenong 83-88＇ is an elite early sugarcane variety with high sugar content and was selected by Guangdong Academy of Agriculture Sciences. However, its planting situation in the high altitude areas in Yunnan province was not yet known. A multi-location varietal experiment of sugarcane ‘ Yuenong 83-88＇ in different planting seasons were carried out in Gengma County, Yunnan province during 2001～2003. The results showed that the sugarcane variety ‘Yuenong 83-88＇ produced an average sugarcane stem yield of 79.6 t/ha, with a sugar yield of 13.13 t/ha and an average sucrose content of 16.49%. The yields of sugarcane stem and sugar were 4.15% and 15.15% higher than those of the control, respectively. The average sugar content of the sugarcane planted in autumn was 16.52%,significantly higher than that of the control. ‘ Yuenong 83-88＇ was an early variety with a long peak period of high sucrose content, high gravity purity of sugarcane juice and long duration, slow sucrose conversion rate after cutting, low reduced sugar content, obvious increment of sucrose content, moderate fiber, and high yield. It was very suitable for planting in the areas with insufficient thermal resources. It was convenient for the sugar factory to start refining in the late November.
