摘　　要：醋酸亮丙瑞林属于小分子多肽药物,为促性腺激素释放激素类似物,用于治疗性激素依赖性疾病。国内外对其缓控释制剂进行了大量研究。本文介绍了该制剂在国内外的药学以及临床前研究最新进展,并着重总结了其临床有效性及安全性,以期为其开发应用提供理论依据。Leuprolide acetate is a small molecule polypeptide drug,which is a gonadotropin-releasing hormone analog for the treatment of hormone-dependent diseases. There are many researches on the sustained release preparations at home and abroad. This article provides an overview of the latest developments of pharmacy and preclinical research on leuprolide acetate,and focuses on the effectiveness and safety,in order to provide a theoretical basis for its development and clinical application.
