基于中医传承辅助平台探讨余绍源治疗肠易激综合征的用药经验

摘　　要：目的:探讨余绍源教授治疗肠易激综合征的用药经验。方法:收集2010—2016年在余绍源教授门诊治疗的肠易激综合征患者的中药处方,利用中医传承辅助平台系统软件的关联规则挖掘、复杂系统熵聚类等方法总结其处方的中药频次、核心组合中药频次,分析组方用药特色。结果:共175首处方,核心药物为白术、党参、六神曲、茯苓、煨肉豆蔻、干姜;通过聚类分析后发现7首治疗肠易激综合征新方。结论:余绍源教授治疗肠易激综合征多从脾肾论治,采用健脾益气、温肾暖脾之法,兼顾化湿、解郁、止痛、活血等。Objective：To analyze the medication principles of Professor YU Shao-yuan in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome, in order to give a better clinical guidance. Methods： The prescriptions of Professor YU Shao-yuan used for the outpatients with irritable bowel syndrmne （IBS） from 2010 to 2016 were collected to build Professor YU＇s medical record database. By the methods of association rule mining and complex system entropy clustering presented in the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System, the usage frequen- cy of the herbs and core combination herbs in the prescriptions was counted to analyze and summarize Professor YU＇s medical record. Result： There were a total of 175 prescriptions. The primary drugs used in clinical prac- tice were Baizhu （Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae）, Dangshen （Radix Codonopsis）, Liushenqu （Massa Medicata Fermentata）, Fuling （Poria cocos）, Weiroudoukou （Semen Myristicae） and Ganjiang （Rhizoma Zingiberis）. There were seven new treatments for irritable bowel syndrome. Conclusion： Professor YU is experienced in treating IBS based on spleen-kidney differentiation, mainly applying the therapies of invigorating spleen and replenishing Qi and warming the kidney and the spleen, also using the methods of resolving dampness, alleviating depression, relieving pain and activating blood.
