摘 要:抗生素是20世纪最重要的发现之一,抗生素的存在大大降低了由常规手术带来的术后感染的威胁。然而,抗生素的滥用和乱用,使得耐药菌的种类和数量越来越多,由此造成的复杂性、难治型细菌感染给临床治疗带来了巨大的威胁,因此,临床迫切需要新型抗耐药菌抗生素来应对这一难题。简要概述了唑烷酮类、四环素、糖肽类等近几年在研的几类抗耐药菌抗生素结构及研究进展情况,以期为后续研发提供参考。Antibiotics are one of the most important discoveries of the 20 th century. The presence of antibiotics has significantly reduced the risk of postoperative infection after conventional surgery. However, the abuse and misuse of antibiotics have led to increased species and quantity of resistant bacteria, leading to the rise of complex and refractory infection and imposing great challenges to clinical treatment. Therefore, there is an urgent need of new antibiotics against resistant bacteria to deal with this problem. This paper briefly overviewed the structures and research progress of several types of antibiotics against resistant bacteria that are under investigation in recent years, including oxazolidinones, tetracycline and glycopeptides, so as to provide reference for subsequent research and development
