摘  要:双马来酰亚胺(BMI)树脂存在着树脂溶解性差、固化成型温度高以及固化物脆性大等缺点.采用二烯丙基双酚A(DABPA)和3-乙炔基苯胺(m-APA)为扩链增韧剂,以叔丁基过氧化氢(TBHP)为催化剂,与N,N′-(4,4′-二苯甲烷)双马来酰亚胺(BDM)共聚,获得了一种可中温固化的改性BMI树脂.研究结果表明:该改性BMI树脂预聚体在95~140℃温度下仍具有良好的流动性,适合用于浸渍增强材料;其固化成型温度较未添加TBHP的工艺降低了50~60℃;BMI树脂固化物的两个玻璃化转变温度分别高达296.4℃和334.8℃,质量损失5%时的温度为411.4℃,弯曲强度和冲击强度分别为122.6 MPa和11.8kJ·m^-2,具有良好的耐热性能和韧性.The pure bismaleimide(BMI)resin has the shortcomings of brittleness,poor solubility,high curing processing temperature.2,2′-diallylbisphenol A(DABPA)and 3-aminophenylacetylene(m-APA)as chain extender,and tert-butyl hydroperoxide(TBHP)as catalyst were adopted to copolymerize with N,N′-(4,4′-diphenylmethane)bismaleimide(BDM)resin.Then,a kind of modified BMI resin of moderate-temperature curing was prepared.The results show that the prepolymer of the modified BMI resin has good liquidity at temperature of 95-140 ℃,which is suitable for dipping reinforced material.The post curing temperature of the modified BMI resin is 50-60℃lower than that of the treatment without TBHP catalyst.Two glass transition temperatures of the cured modified BMI resin are high up to 296.4 ℃ and 334.8 ℃,respectively;5% weight loss temperature is 411.4 ℃;the bending strength and the impact strength reach 122.6 MPa and 11.8 kJ·m^-2,respectively.The modified BMI resin with high temperature resistance and high toughness can be used as the matrix resin for advanced composite materials.
