摘　　要：为了研究PRRSV感染对育肥猪肺炎病变的影响,对PRRS暴发前后的672头上市肥猪分别作屠宰场肺脏病变评估。结果显示:PRRSV感染前后,上市肥猪的疑似病毒性肺炎病变比例分别为1.2%与10.6%(P<0.01);支原体肺炎病变比例分别为26.8%与55.9%(P<0.01);胸膜肺炎病变比例分别为1.2%与8.5%(P<0.01);且在PRRSV感染康复阶段,上市猪的支原体肺炎与胸膜肺炎病变比例逐渐下降。结果表明,PRRSV感染后,保育肥猪上市前均持续性呈现病毒性肺炎病变,保育肥猪的肺炎支原体与胸膜肺炎放线杆菌的易感性显著增加,细菌性肺炎病变明显加重。故PRRSV暴发后,控制继发性细菌性肺炎感染对提高存活率与经济效益至关重要。To investigate the influence of PRRSV infection on the pneumonia prevalence in finishing pigs,lungs lesions of 672 marketing pigs before and after PRRSV infection were evaluated at abattoir. The results showed that before and after PRRSV infection,the viral pneumonia prevalence was 1. 2 and 10. 6%（ P〈 0. 01）,respectively. The lesion prevalence of enzootic pneumonia was 26. 8% and55. 9%（ P〈 0. 01）,respectively,and lesions prevalence of pleuritis was 1. 2% and 8. 5%（ P〈 0. 01）,respectively. Lesion prevalence of enzootic pneumonia and pleuritis was reduced gradually after PRRSV infection. The results suggested that after PRRSV infection,viral pneumonia could persistently exist in growers and finishers. Growers and finishers were significantly susceptible to Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae and APP and the lesions of secondary bacterial pneumonia were significantly severe after PRRSV infection. So the control of secondary bacterial pneumonia in grower and finisher is very critical to reduce mortality and improve production performance after PRRSV outbreak.
