摘 要:针对模型试验中涉及到的相似锚杆材料选择、受力监测问题,以实际工程螺纹钢锚杆为原型条件,基于相似理论,选择几何、力学、弹性模量相似为参数,以铝丝、铜丝、铁丝、锡丝为不同相似材料进行试验研究。通过分析各材料的破断荷载、弹性模量,选择相似性较好的Φ1.5mm锡丝作为锚杆相似材料;选择Φ16mm不锈钢环作为测力计,并对测力计进行试验标定,结果表明该测力计线性较好,性能稳定。研究结果可为模型试验中相似锚杆支护提供参考。Aimed at the selection and force monitoring of materials similar to bolt in model test, the actual engineering rebar bolt was taken as the prototype condition. Based on the similarity theory, the geometry, mechanics, and elastic modulus were se- lected as the similar parameters, and the aluminum wire, copper wire, iron wire and tin wire were chosen as different similar materials to conduct experiment. By analyzing the breaking loads and elastic modulus of various materials, Ф1.5 mm of tin wire was chosen as the materials similar to bolt and Ф16 mm of stainless steel ring as dynamometer. Then, the experimental calibra-tion was carried out on the dynamometer. The results showed that the dynamometer had a good linearity and stable perform- ance. The study could provide a reference for the support similar to bolt in the model test.
