达州市通川区布鲁氏菌病血清学检测及职业人群防治知识和行为习惯调查结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解达州市通川区布病血清学以及职业人群布病防治知识和行为习惯情况,为布病防控和健康教育提供科学依据方法随机对通川区各乡镇布病职业人群以及养殖场(户)的羊进行采血,使用虎红平板和试管凝集试验进行血清学检测,同时对职业人群开展布病防治知识、行为习惯和养殖场(户)情况进行调查,使用SPSS 21.0统计软件分析。结果对233份职业人群血样和2 994份羊血样检测,感染率分别为0.86%和3.71%;对233名职业人群调查,57.51%的人听说过布病,布病防治知识知晓率为38.58%,兽医布病防治知识知晓率和正确的行为习惯均高于其他职业人群;72个养殖场(户)中有28个出现过牛、羊流产,对流产物处理方式欠妥的占21.43%。结论达州市通川区职业人群感染率处于低位水平,羊感染率较高,职业人群布病防治知识知晓率较低。今后应加强农业和卫生部门信息互通互享,联合开展健康教育宣传工作,提高职业人群自我防护意识。Objective To understand the serology of brucellosis, knowledge prevention of brucellosis and behavior habits in the occupational population,and to provide a scientific basis for prevention and control of brucellosis and health education in the Tongchuan District of Dazhou City. Methods The blood from occupational populations and farm（household） sheep infected with Brucellosis were collected in each township of Tongchuan District.Serological tests were performed using tiger red plate and tube agglutination test.At the same time,prevention knowledge of brucellosis and behavior habits in the occupational population, and farms（households） were investigated and the data were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 statistical software. Results The infection rates of blood samples from 233 occupational groups and 2 994 sheep were 0.86% and3.71%, respectively. For 233 occupational population surveys, 57.51% of them had heard of brucellosis, and the awareness rate of prevention knowledge was 38.58%. The awareness rate of prevention knowledge and correct behavior habits of the veterinary were higher than those of other occupational groups.28 out of 72 farms（households） had abortions of cattle and sheep,and 21.43% of them had poor treatment of abortuses. Conclusion The infection rate of occupational population is at a low level, the sheep infection rate is high, and the awareness rate of prevention knowledge of brucellosis in occupational population is low in Tongchuan District of Dazhou City. In the future, the information sharing among the agricultural and health departments should be strengthened and propaganda work for health education should be carried out to improve selfprotection awareness of occupational population.
