成人心理一致感对人生意义与心理复原力的中介效应研究

摘　　要：目的探讨心理一致感对人生意义与心理复原力的中介效应。方法采用网络调查平台及团体施测的方式,选取622名成人,运用人生意义问卷、心理一致感量表和成人心理复原力量表进行施测。结果除心理一致感维度中的意义感与心理复原力总分相关不显著外,人生意义和心理一致感各维度得分均与心理复原力总分呈正相关(P<0.01)。人生意义对心理复原力受到心理一致感这一中介变量的调节,人生意义对心理复原力产生的直接效应为0.29,通过心理一致感对心理复原力产生的间接效应为0.17,总效应值为0.46,心理一致感产生的中介效应占总效应的36.29%。结论心理一致感在人生意义与心理复原力之间发挥着部分中介作用。Objective To explore the mediating effect of sense of coherence on the correlation between meaning in life and resilience. Methods A total of 622 adults were recruited by means of network survey platform and group survey,and Meaning in Life Questionnaire（ MLQ）,Sense of Coherence 13-item scale（ SOC-13） and Resilience Scale for Adults（ RSA） were employed to perform the assessment. Results The scores of dimensions of MLQ and SOC-13 were all positively correlated with the total score of RSA（ P〈0.01） except the meaningfulness dimension. Sense of coherence mediated the effect of meaning in life on resilience,with the direct effect of 0.29,the indirect effect by means of sense of coherence of 0.17,and the total effect of 0.46. The mediating effect by sense of coherence accounted for 36.29% of the total effect. Conclusions Sense of coherence plays a partially mediating role in the relationship between meaning in life and resilience.
