摘 要:为了实现煤矿主井提升能力的合理增加,文章讨论了在提升速度达到峰值的条件下,通过改变卸载方式的办法,采用曲轨卸载形式的箕斗替代外动力平板闸门形式的箕斗,缩短提升休止时间,进而缩短提升循环时间的办法,达到增加提升系统生产能力的目的可行性。以兖矿集团鲍店煤矿主井提升系统为例,通过对井口套架横梁结构的改造,接煤口铁篦子结构的改造,曲轨支撑钢梁强度的校核以及改造后卸载时间的监测,验证了该方案在鲍店煤矿实施改造的有效性。In order to achieve reasonable capacity increase in coal mine main shaft,we discussed the method to change the way of unloading under the peak hoisting speed,by replacing the skip using externally powered plate gate with that using curve-guide unloading,so as to shorten the hoist rest time and then the hoist cycle time,and finally,the system's production capacity can be enhanced. Based on the engineering background in main shaft hoisting system of Baodian Coal Mine,through transforming the structure of wellhead frame beam and iron grate beside the coal inlet,checking strength of the curve-guide supporting steel beam and monitoring the unloading time after transformation, effectiveness of the transformation in Baodian Coal Mine was verified.
