摘  要:针对矿井水排放过程关阀策略不合理导致水锤产生的现象,提出了可控防水锤闸阀设计。基于闭环控制理论的闸阀关阀速度控制实现多种控制策略的应用,从而防止水锤产生。通过AMESim数值仿真软件建立液压系统模型,仿真结果表明伺服控制阀可很好的满足液压系统的需求,达到闸阀关阀速度可控的目的。采用实验模拟、现场验证的方法对可控防水锤闸阀可实现预设关闸位移曲线,实验结果表明可控闸阀具有良好的稳定性和可靠性,能满足现场应用需求,为防水锤设备提供技术支持。The design of controlled water hammer gate valve is put forward in view of the phenomenon that the water hammer is caused by the unreasonable strategy of the valve in the process of mine water discharge. The gate valve speed control based on the closed loop control theory realizes the application of various control strategies,so as to prevent water hammer. Through numerical simulation, experimental simulation and field verification method, it is verified that the controllable water hammer gate valve can achieve various shutoff displacement curves,and has good stability and reliability.It provides technical support for waterproof hammer equipment.
