摘 要:为了解决可可盖煤矿含水厚煤层疏水后综采煤壁严重片帮的难题,采用现场实测、理论分析和数值模拟相结合方法,研究了煤壁片帮特征、深孔微爆破控制机理和控制效果。结果表明,疏水后厚层煤壁裂隙竖向发育,使得工作面中部偏中上位置煤层顶部侧向滑移;深孔微爆促使煤体内裂隙织网交叉咬合,增强分割块体间的摩擦力与粘结力,对煤壁片帮起到有效控制作用;提出并实施了含水厚煤层大采高综采煤壁深孔微爆破技术措施,研究了微爆破工艺、钻孔布置方式和装药参数。实施后煤壁最大片帮高度为2.6m,最大片帮深度为0.8m,片帮影响宽度为2.9m,煤壁片帮得到了有效控制。Aiming at the serious rib spalling in fully mechanized mining of coal seams in the water-bearing thick coal seam in Kejiagai Coal Mine,the characteristics of the coal wall spalling,the mechanism and effect of the deep-hole micro-blasting were studied by field measurement,theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. The results show that the coal seam wall cracks developed vertically after water drainage,which makes the coal seam slide laterally in the middle and upper part of the working face; the deep-hole micro-blasting promotes the interlocking of the fracture network in the coal body and enhances the friction between the divided coal blocks. With the cohesive force,it effectively controls the coal wall framing; the deep-hole micro-blasting technical measures were put forward and implemented for the large mining height of coal seam with water-bearing thick coal seam, and the micro blasting technology, drilling arrangement and installation drug parameters were studied. After the implementation,the maximum height of rib spalling was 2. 6 m,the maximum depth was 0. 8 m,with a influence width of 2. 9 m. The coal wall rib spalling was effectively controlled.
