煤炭产业低碳发展对煤炭主产区经济增长质量的影响

摘　　要：为研究煤炭主产区煤炭产业低碳发展和经济增长质量的关系,文章以煤炭主产区之一的山西省为例,折算其煤炭产业碳排放量,并构建其经济增长质量指标体系,运用熵值法得出质量总指数,再运用协整检验、脉冲响应和方差分解实证研究二者之间的关系。结果表明,经济增长质量对煤炭产业低碳发展的脉冲响应函数呈现倒"U"型,在第1期表现为负向影响,后期则表现为正向影响,而后者对前者的脉冲响应函数呈现正"U"型,但始终表现为负向影响;煤炭产业低碳发展对山西省经济增长质量的贡献率逐年增大,但是贡献增幅在后期逐渐减小。We used the impulse response and variance decomposition to research the relationship between coal industrial low-carbon development and the quality of economic growth in coal-producing areas. Result shows that the impulse response function of economic growth＇s quality to the low-carbon development of coal industry appears an inverted ＂U＂curve. The influence of the first period is negative,and then positive. While the impulse response function of low-carbon development of coal industry to the economic growth＇s quality to is a ＂U＂type curve,but the economic growth＇s quality always show the negative impact on the low-carbon development of coal industry. The contribution rate of low-carbon development of coal industry to the economic growth is increasing year by year,but it is gradually decreasing in the later period.
