摘　　要：近10年来,全国汽车车身修复大赛(行业赛、职业院校技能大赛)采用是BANTAM-FANI PROTONI+多功能点焊机,PROTONI+电阻点焊机是原装奥地利进口焊接设备,价格昂贵;使用人员对其结构及工作原理掌握深度不够,不规范使用和不合理维护因素导致焊机出现故障;售后人员要求把故障焊机发到国外维修;笔者在使用过程中通过研究、分析,掌握了此焊机部分工作原理和结构,整理了使用中故障及维修方法,分析了产生故障的原因,总结了使用过程中规范和维护的重要性。In recent 10 years the national contest of car body repair （industry, vocational skills contest） by BANTAM - FANI PROTONI ＋ multi-function spot welder, PROTONI ＋ resistance spot welding machine is original Austrian import welding equipment, expensive; The use of personnel to the structure and the working principle of the depth is not enough, improper use and unreasonable maintenance factors cause the welding machine failure; The after-sales personnel require the fault welder to be sent abroad for maintenance; Through research and analysis of the author in the process of using master the working principle and structure for the welding machine, arrange the use of fault and maintenance methods, analyzes the causes of the fault, use process specifications are sunnnarized and the importance of maintenance.
