摘 要:目的:建立HPLC法测定金蝉口服液中黄芩苷含量的方法。方法:采用色谱柱为Nucleosil C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸-三乙胺(48∶52∶0.4∶0.4),体积流量为1.0 m L/min;检测波长为280 nm,柱温为25℃。结果:在该液相条件下黄芩苷成分能很好的达到基线分离,有较宽的线性范围和良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为102.3%,平均含量为3.295 mg/m L。结论:本法准确、灵敏、可靠、重复性好,可用于金蝉口服液的质量控制。Objective: To establish the method for determining of the content of baicalin in the Jinchankoufu liquor by HPLC. Methods: The chromatographic separation was achieved on a Lichrospher C_(18)(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) column with a mobile phase composed of methanol-water-phosphoric acid-triethylamine(48:52:0.4:0.4). The flow rate was 1.0 m L/min, the column temperature was at 25 ℃ and the detection wave length was set at 280 nm. Results: The results showed that baicalin was separated well and showed good linearity. The average recoveries were 102.3%. The average content of baicalin was 3.295 mg/m L. Conclusion: The method is proved to be accurate, sensitive, credible and reliable. It can be applied to the quality control of compound prepartion of Jinchankoufu liquor.
