摘 要:薄板成形包括拉深、弯曲、充液成形、电磁成形等工艺,在汽车、家电等领域得到广泛应用。作为影响薄板成形过程和产品质量的关键因素,压边力控制始终是学术界和工业界研究的热点。以近年来出现的新型薄板成形电磁压边技术为对象,从技术基础理论、成形过程中电磁场变化规律、模具技术及电磁压边实验研究等方面,对其研究进展进行了阐述。现有研究成果表明,该技术在抑制起皱、过度减薄(破裂)等方面均可获得良好效果。Sheet metal forming process mainly contains drawing,bending,hydraulic forming and electromagnetic forming. Currently,the process is widely used in the field of automobile and household electrical appliances manufacturing. As the critical factor of affecting sheet metal forming process and product quality,accurate control of BHF has been the focus in academia and industry all the time. Based on the novel Electromagnetic Blank Holding Technology( EBHT),this paper illustrates the research progress from the aspects of basic theory,changing law of electromagnetic field in forming process,die technology and electromagnetic Blank Holding experimental research. The current studies show that EBHT can effectively restrain the defects such as wrinkling,over-thinning( fracture) and so on.
