摘  要:在细长管的螺纹加工过程中,常出现螺纹弯曲、咬纹以及粘牙导致牙形不完整等质量问题。为此,在普通卧式车床的基础上,结合细长管的螺纹加工特点,尤其是不锈钢等粘性较高、断屑性较差的材质,对车床尾座进行了改造设计,以改善或解决细长管的螺纹加工的诸多质量问题;并介绍了车床改造的设计方案及加工工艺方法。实践应用表明:该方法能够显著提高螺纹加工的质量和效率,降低人员的劳动强度,此外,其润滑及冷却效果好,受力均匀,有效提高丝锥或板牙的使用寿命。In the process of threading the slender pipe,there are many problems such as thread bending,biting,and inconsistent teeth resulting in sticking. For this reason,in combination with the thread processing characteristics of slender pipes,especially materials with high viscosity and poor cutting properties such as stainless steel,the tailstock of the lathe has been modified to improve or solve the problem in the thread processing of slender pipes. However,the design and processing methods of lathe transformation have been introduced. Practical application shows that this method can significantly improve the quality and efficiency of thread processing and reduce the labor intensity of personnel. In addition,its lubrication and cooling effect is good,uniform stress,effectively improve the life of the tap or die.
