摘 要:用熔融共混法制备了聚丙烯/废旧硅橡胶粉(PP/SRP)复合材料,考察了SRP粒径、用量对复合材料力学性能、加工性能和热稳定性的影响,并研究了复合材料的形貌和结晶性能。结果表明:随着SRP用量的增加,复合材料的缺口冲击强度逐渐提高,而其拉伸强度和弯曲强度逐渐下降;SRP的粒径越小,复合材料的性能越好;SRP的加入抑制了PP的结晶,并有效提高了复合材料的热稳定性。The polypropylene/waste silicone rubber powder(PP/SRP) composite was prepared by melt blending. The effects of particle size and amount of SRP on the mechanical properties, processing properties and thermal stability of the composites were investigated. The morphology and crystallization properties of the composites were studied. The results show that: the notch impact strength of the composites increases with the increase of SRP content, while the tensile strength and flexural strength decrease. The smaller the particle size of SRP is, the better the properties of the composites are. The addition of SRP inhibits the crystallization of PP and effectively improves the thermal stability of the composites.
