摘  要:采用熔融共混的方法制备了聚羟基脂肪酸酯/聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PHA/PVP)复合材料,研究了PVP用量对PHA/PVP复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:随着PVP用量的增加,PHA/PVP复合材料的断裂功和结晶度均先提高后降低,在PVP用量为4%时达到最大值;总的来说,PVP与PHA具有较好的相容性,复合材料的力学性能和结晶性能在一定PHA/PVP比例下能够得到改善。Polyhydroxy fatty acid ester/polyvinylpyrrolidone(PHA/PVP) composite was prepared by melt blending, and the effect of the amount of PVP on the properties of PHA/PVP composites was studied. The results show that: with the increase of PVP dosage, the fracture energy and crystallinity of PHA/PVP composites first increase and then decrease, reaching the maximum when the PVP dosage is 4%. In general, PVP has good compatibility with PHA, and its mechanical and crystalline properties can be improved at a certain PHA/PVP ratio.
