摘　　要：舌诊是临床辨证及疗效评价的重要依据,能较为直观和客观地反映疾病属性、程度及变化,也是肿瘤的中医、中西医研究中重要的临床客观指标之一。文章对近十余年肿瘤舌象研究进展进行了文献查阅,总结了包括肿瘤患者的舌色、舌形、舌苔的特征,以及肿瘤患者的舌象客观化研究的进展,并进行了总结和展望。Tongue diagnosis is an important basis for evaluation of clinical diagnosis and curative effect. It can be more intuitive and objectively reflect the nature of diseases and the degree of change. It is also one of the most important clinical indexes of tumor medicine in traditional Chinese and Western medicine research. The article reviewed the study of the tongue image of tumor in last twenty years,summarized the characteristics of the tongue of tumor patients,including color of the tongue,shape of tongue,coating on the tongue,also the progress of tumor patients＇ tongue objective research.
