摘　　要：目的探讨ACE活性、ACE2活性及ACE/ACE2活性比是否存在性别和年龄差异性。方法运用ELISA方法检测220名健康个体血清中ACE和ACE2活性,计算ACE活性与ACE2活性比。结果将男性和女性进行比较,ACE/ACE2活性比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);将两个年龄组(年龄<55岁为年轻组和年龄≥55岁为老年组)进行比较,发现ACE活性、ACE2活性、ACE/ACE2活性比在两组间均具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 ACE和ACE2活性水平可能受性别和年龄因素影响。Objective To investigate whether there were significant differences among sex,age and activity of ACE,ACE2 and ACE/ACE2 activity ratio.Methods We take the ELISA approach to exam the activity of serum ACE and ACE2 in 220 healthy volunteers,furthermore,calculate the ratio of ACE and ACE2.Results There was a statistical difference regarding the ratio of ACE and ACE2 between males and females.When comparing between different age groups,we found that ACE,ACE2 and ACE/ACE2 differed statistically between younger groups（younger than 55 years old） and older groups（elder than 55 years old）.Conclusions The activity levels of ACE and ACE2 may be affected by sex and age.
