摘　　要：结核性脑膜炎是肺外结核最严重的形式，可致命或致残，是儿童结核病的主要死因。做好结核性脑膜炎的护理管理对疾病治疗和改善患儿预后具有重要意义，但目前尚未对儿童结核性脑膜炎的护理管理标准化，因此，本文综述了儿童结核性脑膜炎的护理管理内容，以期对后续研究及临床T作提供思路。Tuberculous meningitis is the most serious form of extrapulmonary tuberculosis, which can be fatal or disabled. It is the leading cause of death in children. Nursing management plays an important role in improving the prognosis of children, but has not been standardized yet. This article reviews the nursing management measures for tuberculosis meningitis in children, so as to provide ideas for further research and clinical work.
