摘　　要：新型检测管道内滚珠运动系统装置采用STC15W48S4单片机作为系统控制芯片,选用电感线圈传感器作为钢珠运动系统的检测装置,可精确检测钢珠在管道内的运动状态,将产生的开关信号送至单片机分析计算,完成对钢珠个数、运动方向和周期的测量,并采用LCD12864液晶显示屏和按键来实现人机交互。A testing pipe steel ball movement system device was designed by use of STC15 W48 S4 microcontroller as the control chip system and inductance coil sensor as steel ball movement detection device in the system. This system device can accurately detect the state of movement of steel balls in the pipe and send the switch signal to the single-chip computer for analysis and calculation so as to complete the measurements for steel ball number, direction, and a movement cycle. Besides, the 12864 LCD screen and keys were adopted to achieve human-computer interaction..
