摘 要:目前生产上对于甘蓝自交不亲和系的保种多采用蕾期授粉的方法,用电助授粉(135V)和食盐水(3.5%)处理后花期授粉两种方法对黄苗自交不亲和系进行保种,其保种效果和蕾期授粉的保种效果相当,而且电助授粉(135V)和食盐水(3.5%)处理后花期授粉较蕾期授粉可以在很大程度上节约种子成本,可以在生产上予以推广利用,其中食盐水(3.5%)处理后花期授粉的综合效果更好。Currently pollination in bud stage is the technique mostly adopted to conserve the breeds of Broccoli with self-incompatibility. Besides, the other two techniques, electric pollination(135 V) and pollination in flowering season after treatment of Na Cl solution(3.5%), have the same effect on breed conservation of Huang Miao with self-incompatibility as pollination in bud stage. Furthermore, by cutting down seed cost to a great extent, these two techniques may be promoted for its use, especially pollination in flowering season after treatment of Na Cl solution has a better comprehensive effect.
