摘 要:沥青混合料入仓温度为沥青心墙和水电工程进场公路施工质量控制的一个重要的指标,其直接影响后续的铺筑温度控制。而入仓温度又受现场工作面小气候(如气温、湿度、风速)、沥青混合料运输时间及出机口温度等多种因素的影响,故为保证入仓温度,需根据现场实际情况来动态调整出机口温度。在分析各因素与入仓温度之间关系的基础上,建立了入仓温度与影响因素的回归模型,并采用混沌萤火虫优化算法来识别该模型的变量系数。进而提出了现场多变情况下出机口温度的动态调整方法,可根据沥青混合料入仓温度的控制要求及实时采集的工作面小气候信息和运输时间,来动态控制沥青混合料的出机口温度,从而确保了后续铺筑施工质量。Placing temperature of asphalt mixture is an important indicator of asphalt core wall and hydropower project approach highway construction quality control,which directly influences the subsequent paving temperature control.However,placing temperature is affected by the field work surface microclimate(such as temperature,humidity and wind speed),transport time and temperature at mixer outlet,so it should be done that dynamic control on the temperature at mixer outlet according to the field actual situation to ensure placing temperature.Based on the analysis of the relationship between the factors and placing temperature,this paper establishes regression model between placing temperature and influencing factors,and chaotic firefly optimization algorithm(CFA)is used to identify the model variable coefficients.And then,this paper proposes a method to dynamic control on the temperature at mixer outlet with considering variable field influences.According to the field asphalt mixture placing temperature control requirements,as well as real-time collection of work surface microclimate information and transport time,the temperature of asphalt mixture at mixer outlet can be controlled dynamicaly to ensure the subsequent paving construction quality.
