摘 要:DN65真空管道是用于某靶场输送液氢、液氧燃料的地面设备,在进行单体设备加热抽空后,发现个别真空管路远离波纹补偿器端内管弯曲,无法实现现场对接。本文对真空管道支撑、内波纹补偿器和加热工艺进行了理论分析及计算,定位了真空管道内管弯曲失效的症结,并通过实物剖析,验证了理论分析的正确性。针对此类现象,提出了改善措施,避免重复错误的发生,为后续真空管道生产提供借鉴。The DN65 is used in a vacuum pipeline to convey liquid hydrogen and oxygen for the ground equipment. After evacuation of single heating equipment, it is found that some vacuum lines are away from end of pipe bending corrugated compensator and are unable to realize the docking site. In this paper, the theoretical analysis and calculation of vacuum pipeline support, internal wave pattern compensator and heating process are carried out. The crux on the failure of the inner pipe of the vacuum pipeline is located, and the correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified through physical analysis. In view of this kind of phenomenon, the improvement measures are put forward to avoid repeated mistakes and provide reference for the follow-up vacuum pipeline production.
