摘 要:随着电推进技术的发展,其对地面测试模拟设备提出了较高要求。氙泵由于其专门抽除氙气(发动机工质)的特性,与其它高真空获得设备相比具有得天独厚的优势,对氙气抽速大,无油污染,安装方便快捷。本文详细介绍了氙泵的抽气原理,组成与结构型式,对冷板的抽速进行了详细计算与校核,并对氙泵的整体安装布局进行了分析。The electric propulsion technology has put forward higher requirements for ground test and simulation equipment with its development. Because Xenon pump specifically removes xenon, it has advantage compared with other high vacuum pumps. The Xe pump has a good pumping speed for xenon without oil pollution, and could be quickly and easily installed. In this paper, the pumping principle, composition and structure of xenon pump are introduced, and the pumping speed of the cold plate is calculated and checked. The layout of Xe pump is also analyzed.
