摘  要:本文介绍了一种用于液体推进剂泄漏检测的多通道自动巡检装置,可以实现大气环境中微量推进剂含量的自动检测,及时发现安全隐患。该自动巡检装置采用远距离取样、检测通道自动切换的方式实现不同泄漏点的推进剂浓度含量自动巡检,具有检测通道多、检测距离远、响应时间短、检测灵敏度高、操作简单等特点。该装置适用于液体推进剂生产、贮存、运输和使用过程中的泄漏情况实时监测。This paper introduces a kind of multichannel and automatic inspection device, which is used for monitoring and detecting liquid propellant leakage. It can be used for detecting trace concentration of liquid propellant in atmospheric environment so that worker can find hidden danger in time. For the purpose of detecting propellants concentration of different leakage locations, the device adopts several kinds of technologies, such as sampling over a long distance and automatic switching of detection channels. It has several advantages of technology characteristics including more detection channel, longer detection distance, shorter response time, higher detection sensitivity, and more convenient operation. It is suitable for real-time leak monitoring of liquid propellant in the process of production, storage, transportation and usage.
