摘 要:为了确定影响磷矿浮选的主要因素,提高磷矿浮选效率,以低品位胶磷矿为研究对象,采用析因实验法进行正-反浮选实验。单因素法确定了最佳磨矿细度为<0.074 mm的颗粒占比90.99%;正交实验结果表明正浮选捕收剂用量是影响选矿效率的主要因素,其次为碳酸钠和水玻璃用量,且其对选矿效率的影响均是正效应。浮选采用一粗一扫正浮选工艺联合一粗一扫反浮选工艺流程,闭路实验获得的精矿品位w(P_2O_5)为30.05%,P_2O_5回收率为80.68%。In order to identify the main influencing factors and improve the efficiency of phosphate rock flotation,taking low-grade collophanite as research object, the direct and reverse flotation is studied by factorial experiment. The results of one-factor method show that the optimal proportion of grinding fineness 0.074 mm is 90.99%; The orthogonal experiment results show that the main influencing factor of mineral processing efficiency is the flotation collector dosage, followed by sodium carbonate and water glass dosage, and all the above factors are positive effect. The flotation adopts one rough one sweep direct flotation process combined with one rough one sweep reverse flotation process. The w(P_2O_5) of concentrate grade is 30.05%, and the recovery rate of P_2O_5 is 80.68% in closed circuit experiment.
