摘　　要：选用过磷酸钙厂的过磷酸钙、硅胶、氟硅酸作为吸附材料进行污泥堆肥除臭试验,研究不同配方对除臭效果的影响。结果表明:各种配方都有除臭作用;6%过磷酸钙+2%氟硅酸以及2%过磷酸钙+8%硅胶+2%氟硅酸配方均能达到无臭效果,但是6%过磷酸钙+2%氟硅酸配方中加入了较多的过磷酸钙使堆肥中有机质含量有所下降,所以选用2%过磷酸钙+8%硅胶+2%氟硅酸配方;此物化法处理技术运行总成本优于生物处理法。The deodorization tests of sludge composting are carried out with single superphosphate, silica gel and fluosilicic acid from single superphosphate plant as adsorbing materials, the effects of different formulas on deodorization effect are studied. The results show that, various formulas have deodorization effect; 6% single superphosphate ＋ 2% fluosilicic acid and 2% single superphosphate ＋ 8% silica gel ＋ 2% fluosilicic acid formulas can achieve odourless effect, but 6% single superphosphate ＋ 2% fluosilicic acid formula adds more single superphosphate making organic matter decrease, so 2% single superphosphate ＋ 8% silica gel ＋ 2% fluosilicic acid formula is chosen; The total operation cost is superior to the biological treatment.
