硝呋太尔-制霉菌素栓与凯妮汀应用于妊娠期念珠菌性阴道炎中的效果对照观察

摘　　要：目的观察克霉唑阴道片(商品名:凯妮汀)应用于妊娠期念珠菌性阴道炎中的效果与安全性。方法 160例妊娠期念珠菌性阴道炎患者,按照随机数字表法分为硝呋太尔-制霉菌素栓组(采用硝呋太尔-制霉菌素栓治疗)与凯妮汀组(采用凯妮汀治疗),每组80例。比较两组临床疗效、药物不良反应、6个月内复发率及不良妊娠结局。结果凯妮汀组治疗总有效率为96.25%,高于硝呋太尔-制霉菌素栓组的85.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。凯妮汀组不良反应发生率为1.25%、不良妊娠结局发生率为2.50%,与硝呋太尔-制霉菌素栓组的0、3.75%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);凯妮汀组6个月内复发率为6.25%,低于硝呋太尔-制霉菌素栓组的18.75%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硝呋太尔-制霉菌素栓与凯妮汀治疗妊娠期念珠菌性阴道炎安全性相当,但凯妮汀疗效更为显著,适于临床应用。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Clotrimazole Vaginal Tablets（trade name： Canesten） in the treatment of candidal vaginitis during pregnancy. Methods A total of 160 patients with candidal vaginitis during pregnancy were divided into Nifuratel-Nysfungin suppository group（treated with NifuratelNysfungin suppository） and Canesten group（treated with Canesten） according to the random number table method, 80 cases in each group. The clinical efficacy, adverse drug reactions, recurrence rate within 6 months and adverse pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the Canesten group was 96.25%, which was significantly higher than 85.00% of the Nifuratel-Nysfungin suppository group, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the Canesten group was 1.25%, the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome was 2.50%, and those in the Nifuratel-Nysfungin suppository group were 0 and 3.75%, there were no statistically significant differences（P0.05）. The recurrence rate of the Canesten group within 6 months was 6.25%, which was significantly lower than 18.75% of the Nifuratel-Nysfungin suppository group, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion The safety of NifuratelNysfungin suppository and Canesten in the treatment of candidal vaginitis during pregnancy is comparable, but Canesten has more significant curative effect and is suitable for clinical application.
