摘　　要：金砖国家合作已经形成以领导人会晤为引领,以安全事务高级代表会议、外长会晤为支撑的多层次架构,在经贸、科技、金融、教育等方面取得了重要成果。金砖国家每个成员都是其所属大陆或分区的主导经济体,政治影响力大,经济辐射力强,如何通过发挥各自比较优势,从根本上冲击"逆全球化",我们认为要以标准化打造"聚合平台",形成金砖国家利益共同体,才能推动全球化朝着更加开放、包容、普惠和均衡方向发展。BRICS cooperation has formed a multi-level framework which is led by BRICS Summit meeting and supported by the meeting of senior security representatives and foreign ministers. It has made important achievements in economic, trade, science, technology, finance, education, etc. Every member of BRICS countries is the dominant economy of its own continent or zone, with great political influence and strong economic radiant force. How to make a fundamental impact on ＂Anti Globalization＂ by giving full play to its comparative advantages, we think it is necessary to build a ＂polymerization platform＂ by standardization and form a community of BRICS countries, which could promote globalization developing towards a more open, inclusive and balanced world.
