摘　　要：基于2010~2017年俄罗斯、印度、巴西、南非4个金砖国家成员通过WTO秘书处发布的小家电相关TBT通报,分析金砖国家小家电标准法规趋势。研究表明4国的技术性贸易措施的广度和深度逐渐赶上传统贸易国,且自愿性标准逐渐上升为强制性标准,产品安全性能和节能环保要求越来越高并逐步向国际高标准靠拢。本文建议加强欧美发达国家技术法规研究,加强小家电企业间合作交流,合理利用专业机构支撑作用等建议,以提高小家电产品国外市场竞争力。Based on the TBT notifications on household appliances issued by four members of BRICS countries, Russia, India, Brazil and South Africa from 2010 to 2017, this paper analyzes the trend of the standards and regulations on small household appliances in BRICS countries. Research shows that the breadth and depth of technical barriers to trade in the four countries are gradually catching up with the traditional trading countries, and the voluntary standards are gradually upgraded into mandatory standards. The requirements of product safety and energy conservation as well as environmental protection are increasing and gradually approaching to high international standards. This paper proposes to strengthen the research on the technical laws and regulations of the developed countries in Europe and America, strengthen the cooperation and exchange among the small household appliances enterprises, and make rational use of the supporting role of professional institutions so as to improve the competitiveness of the household appliances in foreign markets.
