空间视角下农业产业集聚的增收效应研究——基于蔬菜专业村的实证

摘　　要：以小规模农户地理集聚生产为表现形式、以专业村为基本构成单元的主产地连片发展模式,是中国农业产业格局的重要特征。本研究基于黄淮海与环渤海的设施蔬菜优势主产区的蔬菜专业村级调研数据,以产业集聚理论为支撑,利用空间Durbin模型、两部制模型、地理加权回归模型,从空间相关性及空间异质性的视角考察产业集聚对农民收入的影响。结果表明：产业集聚形成的马歇尔外部性显著提高本地农民收入;周边专业村的产业集聚与地理距离共同作用对本地农民收入产生空间溢出,并具有地理距离递减性特征;产业集聚程度不同的专业村对彼此溢出关系的反应具有空间非对称性,容易形成专业村发展的＂极化效应＂;另外,产业集聚、技术指导对于农民收入的影响具有空间异质性。最后,提出相关建议。The development pattern of the main production areas,which is characterized by geographical agglomeration production of small-scale farmers in professional villages,is an important feature of Chinese vegetable industry. Based on the theory of industrial agglomeration,the spatial Durbin model,Two-part model and the Geo-weighted regression model are used to investigate the effect and its spatial correlation and spatial heterogeneity of industrial agglomeration on farmers＇ income in the main production areas in Huanghuaihai and Bohai regions. The results show that the Marshall externalities formed by the local industry agglomeration significantly increase farmers＇ income. The combination of industrial agglomeration and geographical distance of the adjacent professional village has spillover effects on local farmer＇s income,which weakens with geographical distance. The spillover responses from different professional villages of different industrial agglomeration level is spatially asymmetry,which is easy to form the ＂polarization effect＂of professional village development. In addition,the impact of industrial agglomeration and technical guidance on farmers＇ income has spatial heterogeneity. Finally,this article put forwards relevant recommendations.
