摘  要:多层砌体房屋在民用建筑中应用较为广泛,为保障建筑质量安全和结构可靠,做好多层砌体房屋的结构检测鉴定及加固至关重要。论文简述了多层砌体房屋结构检测鉴定的要点,并针对性地提出了加固建议与施工方案,旨在推动多层砌体房屋的发展和技术应用,为技术改革创新提供思路参考。Multi story masonry buildings are widely used in civil buildings. In order to ensure the quality and safety of structures and ensure the reliability of structures, it is very important to do well in the detection, identification and reinforcement of multi-storey masonry buildings. In this paper, the main points of the inspection and appraisal of multi story masonry buildings are briefly introduced, and reinforcement proposals and construction plans are put forward, aiming at promoting the development and technology application of multi-storey masonry buildings, and providing a reference for technological innovation.
