特定电磁波谱联合电针穴位治疗产后顽固性尿潴留的临床价值研究

摘　　要：目的探讨特定电磁波谱(TDP)联合电针穴位治疗产后顽固性尿潴留的临床价值,为产后尿潴留的治疗提供参考。方法选取2012年6月-2017年7月中山市小榄人民医院康复科诊治的80例产后顽固性尿潴留患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组各40例,对照组患者给予基础治疗联合电针治疗,观察组患者给予TDP联合电针穴位治疗。观察并比较两组患者治疗后自行排尿时间、残余尿量、治疗2 d时膀胱功能恢复状况、膀胱功能恢复良好率及治疗效果。结果观察组患者自行排尿时间、残余尿量分别为(1.79±0.67)d、(62.47±24.72)ml少于对照组患者的(4.18±2.12)d、(81.20±32.15)ml,差异有统计学意义(t=6.80、2.92,均P<0.05)。膀胱功能恢复良好率55.00%高于对照组患者的27.50%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.24,P<0.05)。对照组患者治愈率为40.00%、有效率为47.50%、无效率为12.50%,观察组患者治愈率为67.50%、有效率为27.50%、无效率为5.00%,两组患者治疗效果差异有统计学意义(Z=6.23,P<0.05)。结论 TDP联合电针穴位治疗产后顽固性尿潴留效果肯定,有利于减少患者膀胱残余尿量及促进膀胱功能的快速恢复。Objective To explore the clinical value of specific electromagnetic spectrum combined with electroacupuncture in treatment of intractable postpartum urinary retention,provide reference for treatment of intractable postpartum urinary retention. Methods Eighty patients with intractable postpartum urinary retention diagnosed and treated in Department of Rehabilitation,Xiaolan People ＇s Hospital from June 2012 to July 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 patients in each group. The patients in control group were treated by basic treatment combined with electroacupuncture,and the patients in observation group were treated by specific electromagnetic spectrum combined with electroacupuncture. The self-urination time and residual urine volumes after treatment,recovery of bladder function after 2 days of treatment,good recovery rate of bladder function,and curative effects in the two groups were observed and compared. Results The self-urination time and residual urine volume in observation group were（ 1. 79 ± 0. 67） days and（ 62. 47 ±24. 72） ml,respectively,which were statistically significantly less than those in control group [（ 4. 18 ± 2. 12） days and（ 81. 20 ±32. 15） ml,respectively]（ t = 6. 80,2. 92,P〈0. 05）. The good recovery rate of bladder function in observation group was 55. 00%,which was statistically significantly higher than that in control group（ 27. 50%）（ χ^2= 6. 24,P〈0. 05）. The cure rate,efficiency rate,and inefficiency rate in control group were 40. 00%,47. 50%,and 12. 50%,respectively. The cure rate,efficiency rate,and inefficiency rate in observation group were 67. 50%,27. 50%,and 5. 00%,respectively. There was statistically significant difference in the curative effect between the two groups（ Z = 6. 23,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The effect of specific electromagnetic spectrum combined with electroacupuncture in treatment of intractable postpartum urinary retention is significant,the therapy can reduce residual urine
