摘　　要：精密挤压彩色相纸生产过程中,涂布表观剐蹭条道是一种常见的难以消除的表观弊病。在不退嘴涂布生产状态下,由于涂布CO张力波动,造成基材在涂布嘴位置抖动,而抖动的片头会造成涂布弯月面的不稳定,从而导致了过接头剐蹭条道弊病。另外接片质量与轧花效果也是造成剐蹭条道的一个重要成因。两种问题严重影响了涂布表观A级品率,2016年至2017年市场投诉率较高。2017年我们相继采取了对涂布线接片X刀、轧花精度、接片机胶带铺展、夹紧辊两侧力矩均衡调整和校正涂布线调偏动作速度等措施,进行排查剐蹭条道的成因条件摸索改进。同时对涂布张力、冷凝段负压、涂布间隙、负压腔间隙等工艺条件优化,有效的解决了彩色相纸生产表观剐蹭条道问题,达到了提升产品表观质量,满足市场需求的最终目标。To eliminate the rub surface of coating apparent is a generally and difficulty malady in the productive process of precision extrusion coating of color paper. It can cause the instability of the surface of the coating,and caused the rub surface of coaling apparent in addilion, the quality of the grafting and the effect of the rolling is also an important cause of the rub surface of coating apparent This two problems seriously affect the A grade percentage of coating, The Complaint Rate of the consumer is higher between 2016 and 2017.In 2017 we have adopted the coaling line jumper X knife crimped wire splicing machine tape spreading ＂precision damping roll coating line on both sides of the torque balance adjustment and calibration adjust action speed, groped for trying to identify the rub surface of coating apparent improve. To apply negative pressure tension condenser coating at the same time and negative pressure cavity gap process conditions oplimization, effectively solve the apparent color paper production cut artide rub question, to improving the quality of product is apparent, the ullimate goal of meet the market demand.
