摘  要:以苯乙烯(St)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、羟甲基丙烯酰胺(HMAm)为主要原料,与高取代度阳离子淀粉接枝共聚,选用Fenton's(H2O2-Fe SO4)为接枝共聚引发剂,制备了苯丙乳液。采用FT-IR对合成的苯丙乳液进行结构表征,FT-IR的分析结果表明,合成的共聚物乳液达到预期结构,HORIBA LA-300激光散射粒度分布分析仪测得该乳液微粒分布范围窄,颗粒直径大约为50 nm。用制备的共聚物乳液进行施胶涂布,效果优异。通过对比发现,自制的阳离子淀粉接枝共聚物乳液施胶效果要远好于某市售的同类型的苯丙表面施胶剂。THis research used styrene(St), butyl acrylate(BA) and hydroxymethyl acrylamide(HMAm) as the main ingredients to have graft copolymerization with cationic starch of high substitution, choosing Fenton's (H2O2-FeSO4) as the graft copolymerization initiator, and finally made the styrene-acrylic emulsion. The structural characterization of styrene-acrylic emulsion by FT-IR showed the copolymer emulsion has reached the expected structure. The HORIBA LA-300 laser light scattering sedimentograph indicated the particle diameter of this emulsion has narrow distribution, about 50 nm. The sizing effect of this copolymer emulsion is very excellent. Comparison showed the sizing effect of this cationic starch grafted copolymer emulsion is superior to that of the same type styrene surface sizing agent sold in the market.
