摘　　要：通过对天伟化工有限公司螯合树脂塔再生产生的废水分类别、分阶段回收的探讨,以及对一次精制盐水和二次精制盐水质量的对比,确定了再生废水回收至一次盐水工序化盐使用不会对盐水质量造成明显的影响,解决了树脂塔再生产生的废水处理难度大的问题,实现了废水零排放的清洁生产方式。Wastewater is generated in the regeneration of chelating resin tower which is operated in Tianwei Chemical Co. , Ltd. The recovery of the wastewater according to its classification and generation phase is discussed. The effect of the recovery on the quality of primary refined brine and that of the secondary refined brine is compared. Then it is determined that the recycling of the reclaimed wastewater to primary brine refining process will not have a significant effect on the quality of brine. Therefore, the problem that the wastewater generated in regeneration of the resin tower is difficult to deal with is solved, and the clean production mode of zero discharge of wastewater is realized.
