摘　　要：目的对上海市交通大学附属儿童医院呼吸道感染患儿中的流感病毒感染情况进行检测与分析。方法采取抽签形式选择2016年11月至2017年8月上海市交通大学附属儿童医院门诊及病房收治的500例呼吸道感染患儿作为研究对象,采用鼻拭子对其流感病毒感染情况进行检测,并对病毒检测结果进行临床分析。结果 500例呼吸道感染患儿中,流感病毒检出率为16.0%(80/500),其中甲型流感病毒检出率为8.4%(42/500),乙型流感病毒检出率为7.6%(38/500)。流感病毒的易感年龄为3~5岁,发作高峰期为冬春季节。结论流感病毒感染在呼吸道感染患儿中所占比例较高,多发于冬春季和儿童学龄前阶段,故需有针对性地加强儿童呼吸道感染的检测及防治工作。Objective The case of children＇s respiratory infection in the Children＇s Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University was taken as an example to discuss the results of detection and analysis of influenza virus. Method Five hundred children suffered respiratory infection from November 2016 to August 2017 in the Children＇s Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University outpatient and inpatient department were collected, the nasal swabs were taken for flu virus detection, and the results were clinical analyzed. Result The selected 500 cases of children＇s respiratory tract infections, influenza virus positive detection rate of 16.0%, on A（or B） virus respectively, and children disease attacks the peak for the winter and spring season and 3-5 years old age is the flu virus high-risk phase. Conclusion Happens in the winter influenza virus and pre-school age children, so the need to strengthen the family children with such a season of respiratory disease detection and to carry out the relevant prevention and control work, to avoid to cause adverse effect on the physical development and learning life, hope to adopt.
